Niki was the most wonderful cake baker ever.
Our tasting was fabulous. I had two cakes in
mind that I liked, but I wanted pieces of both.
By the time I had explained what we wanted...
she already had it drawn on paper.It was
perfect. It was so beautiful that I did not want to
eat it! I bought every photo of our cake that's
how perfect she made it. Also the taste!
Everyone commented on how homemade it
tasted... not processed or generic. It was the
precise amount of sweet that you could eat all
day. We had several different layers so she
made each one a different flavor to
accommodate all of our guests! She was so
awesome. Also, the grooms cake was
fabulous. Because we spent a certain amount
it was free! She made a Clemson Paw cake
that was priceless! It looked just like the
college logo. Edible Greetings was the best
decision we could have ever made on a cake.
It was very reasonable and everything that we

Niki was amazing in designing
something that she had not
done before for our reception.
She took a drawing of my
thoughts on what a NASCAR
bridal cake would look like
and made it more than elagant.
She made me happy with
it's design, and made my husband
happy with the theme. I
would definitely recommend her.

knowledgeable, friendly, and most
of all, reliable. She generously invited us for a
cake tasting at no extra charge
when others charge a fee for this service. It is
evident when you meet her that
she genuinely loves her work and finds joy in
the satisfaction of her clients. She
listened to all my ideas and helped refine them
to create a spectacular cake that
we were thrilled with! There were other
personal touches she was more than
happy to accommodate me with that she was
not obligated to do. She really went
above and beyond my expectations. Her
flavors are all delicious and her
finished product is something to really be
